The challenge
New owners of an older oceanfront home wanted to reimagine the interiors throughout and open every room to the light and the view.
The approach
The ensuite was reworked around a new skylight that draws daylight deep into the plan. In the kitchen, a soapstone counter anchors the room, while the living spaces were pared back to quiet, durable finishes.
The outcome
Living and sleeping spaces pared back to let the ocean do the work.
