Within 2 weeks - 02
Concept Design
Site analysis, masterplan options, and three collaborative workshops to settle the architectural and interior direction.
4–8 weeks - 03
Design Development
We resolve the design in detail — form, structure, materials, joinery, lighting — so every decision is made deliberately.
8–12 weeks - 04
Approvals & Permitting
We prepare and lodge the documentation needed for permits and approvals, and shepherd the project through the process.

Construction Documentation
Detailed construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and the coordination needed for a clean tender.

Construction & Handover
We support the build with site visits, RFIs, finishes coordination, and a calm hand on the tiller through to handover.
